The Maryland Department of Information Technology Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS) Master Contract provides Maryland state, local, and education public sector entities with access to commercially available off-the-shelf software, maintenance, and related installation and training services through pre-qualified contractors.

The contract provides a streamlined procurement vehicle that allows agencies to efficiently procure software products and associated support services through Purchase Order Requests for Proposals (PORFPs) tailored to their specific requirements.
