Build a practice around Data Mediation™.

A capability customers could not buy before: control over data in motion without rebuilding the systems on either side. Partners bring it to the urgent use cases and the persistent problems their customers have not been able to solve, and know within a week whether it works for that customer and those requirements.

Solve what could not be solved before.

  • Urgent, immediate use cases. AI use spreading faster than control. A known-exploited vulnerability with no patch window. An identity mandate on a system that cannot support MFA. A cutover that cannot be risked. Data Mediation™ puts the control in place in weeks, not at the end of a build.
  • Persistent problems customers have not been able to solve. Systems nobody is allowed to touch. Controls spread across four tools that cannot answer a question about each other. Heritage systems with no modern interface. Nothing gets rebuilt, which is why the control point reaches them.
  • One control point, four practices. AI, cybersecurity, interoperability and assurance run on the same architecture, one rule set and one audit trail. Each engagement extends the last instead of starting again.
  • A week to know. The only unknown is access to the data where mediation would sit. Within seven days of deployment the agent either reaches it or the fee is refunded in full. TomorrowX carries that risk, not the customer and not the partner.

Why build a practice here.

  • Infrastructure is licensed. Solutions are built by partners. What the customer is solving does not change the license. The solution, and the value in it, stays with the partner. TomorrowX never appears in the end product.
  • Composition templates are included. AI Data Guard is one. The partner adapts a template for each customer, so one partner's AI Data Guard will differ from another's. That is by design.
  • A first engagement every agency can justify. A three-month Observability term produces the AI Use and Exposure Report, evidence for the AI use-case inventory the agency already has to maintain.
  • A path that compounds. Observability credits into Adoption. Adoption expands by mediation point. Nothing is metered, nothing is repriced inside a term and nothing is stranded.
  • Delivered inside the customer boundary. A container in the customer's own cloud or on-premises environment, with no call home. Not SaaS. TomorrowX does not access or operate within the customer network.
  • Support is split cleanly. TomorrowX supports the control point under the license terms. The partner supports what it builds.

How partners are selected.

This is not an open partner program. TomorrowX works with a small number of partners to enact their own business plans for introducing Data Mediation™ to their customers and trusted networks. Selection follows one process:

  1. Demonstration. Request a demonstration through the TomorrowX team at Carahsoft. It shows AI Data Guard observing and enforcing across commercial and locally hosted models, inside the boundary.
  2. Business plan. The partner submits the business plan it intends to enact: which customers and networks, which problems it will solve first, which practice it will build on the control point and how it will grow.
  3. Decision. TomorrowX and Carahsoft select partners on the strength of the plan. Selected partners are onboarded, enabled and named on customer quotes as the delivery partner.

Public sector work may require partner personnel with appropriate clearance for the agency concerned. TomorrowX's global partners already authorized for US public sector can deliver alongside a Carahsoft-network partner where that helps.

Start with the Perspectives.

All partners are invited to read the Data Mediation™ Perspectives, visit tomorrowx.com and learn what Data Mediation™ makes possible, so they can serve their customers in ways that were not possible before.
