How Inbound Self-Service Works (High Level)

  1. Caller reaches your IVR/contact center/website and engages with the IVR and/or Voice Bot or Chatbot
  2. When the journey requires extended information or requires digital actions, a secure link via SMS or other channel pop out is sent to their phone while they are engaged, and guides the user audibly through a branded, audible guided visual journey that is mobile-first focused.
  3. The journey collects/validates data, triggers workflows, and integrates with backend systems.
  4. If live assistance is needed, the user is escalated to a human with full context preserved.
