On Thursday, December 20, 2018, the President signed the 21st Century Integrated Digital Experience Act (IDEA) into law – a bill that will transform the federal government’s digital service delivery, through website modernization, improved accessibility, and adoption of digital forms and signatures, and ultimately prioritize the citizen experience.
