IndirectTek Solutions for the Public Sector

Elixium — AI Governance and Development Platform

Elixium is the AI governance and development platform that enables government software teams to adopt AI-assisted workflows safely in classified, air-gapped, and compliance-driven environments. It brings AI-powered sprint planning, risk detection, standup automation, backlog management, and full immutable audit trails to the environments where government development teams actually work — including SIPRNet, JWICS, SCIFs, and physically isolated networks.

Key Capabilities

  • AI-assisted sprint planning, risk detection, standup report generation, and backlog management
  • Full immutable audit trail for all user actions and AI-generated outputs with model version and timestamp attribution
  • Human-in-the-loop approval workflows — AI advises, humans decide
  • IDE-first workflow via VS Code MCP agent — developers manage sprints without leaving their editor
  • Shadow AI governance — all AI usage logged, attributed, and auditable
  • Zero vendor cloud dependency in self-hosted and air-gapped modes
  • FIPS 140-2 compliant cryptographic modules on self-hosted and air-gapped deployments

Deployment Modes

  • Cloud (GCP)

Hosted by IndirectTek on Google Cloud Platform in U.S.-based data centers. FedRAMP roadmap: 12 months from contract award. IL2 workloads.

  • Self-Hosted

Deployed on customer-managed infrastructure (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, GCP, or on-premise). FIPS 140-2 enabled. Customer ATO supported. IL4/IL5.

  • Air-Gapped

Deployed on physically disconnected networks with no internet connectivity. AI inference runs on locally deployed models delivered via approved physical media. No data leaves the customer environment. IL5, TS/SCI, SAP environments.

Compliance Posture

  • FIPS 140-2 enabled (self-hosted and air-gapped)
  • IL4/IL5 architecture — customer ATO supported today
  • FedRAMP roadmap: Ready within 12 months of contract award
  • SOC 2 Type II audit target: Q4 2026
  • CMMC Level 2 aligned (NIST SP 800-171)
  • FAR 52.227-19 and DFARS 227.7202 commercial software clauses
