Safe AI Adoption for Government Regulated Environments

IndirectTek LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business delivering AI governance software and professional services purpose-built for government environments. Our flagship product, Elixium, is the AI governance and development platform that enables government software teams to adopt AI-assisted workflows safely in classified, air-gapped, and compliance-driven environments.

Government organizations are under increasing pressure to adopt AI-assisted software development — AI sprint planning, AI code review, AI risk detection — but they lack the governance framework to do it responsibly. Commercial AI tools are either cloud-dependent and unusable on classified networks, or they have no audit layer, no human approval workflows, and no accountability for AI-generated outputs. Shadow AI use runs unchecked. Compliance officers have no visibility. Authorizing officials have no framework to approve it.

Elixium solves that problem. It is the operating platform that sits at the center of AI-assisted government software development — governing how AI is used, logging every AI interaction for audit, managing human-in-the-loop approval workflows, and running entirely on customer-managed infrastructure with no cloud dependency. Elixium brings AI-assisted agile capability — sprint planning, risk detection, standup automation, backlog management, and velocity tracking — to the environments where government development teams actually work, including SIPRNet, JWICS, SCIFs, and physically isolated networks.

Elixium supports three deployment modes. The cloud deployment runs on Google Cloud Platform in U.S.-based data centers for unclassified workloads on a FedRAMP roadmap. The self-hosted deployment runs entirely on customer infrastructure with FIPS 140-2/3 enabled and full support for agency-managed ATO at IL4 and IL5. The air-gapped deployment operates on physically disconnected networks using locally deployed AI models delivered via approved physical media, supporting IL5, TS/SCI, and SAP environments. In every deployment mode, AI inference runs on customer-managed infrastructure — no data leaves the customer environment and there is no dependency on any external AI vendor.

IndirectTek also delivers the implementation and transformation services that make Elixium successful inside government organizations. Our engagements are led by TS/SCI-cleared practitioners with deep federal delivery experience on both sides of the procurement fence. Service packages range from structured pilots to full enterprise enablement and classified air-gapped deployments.

IndirectTek is headquartered in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina. The company founder holds an active TS/SCI clearance, an M.S. in Cybersecurity with a concentration in Ethical Hacking and Penetration Testing, and AWS Solutions Architect Professional, three Google Cloud Professional, CKA, and CISSP certifications.
