HigherEchelon is a Summit-level Salesforce partner that specializes in implementing Salesforce solutions for U.S. government and state/local clients. HigherEchelon has completed over 90 Salesforce implementation projects over the last five years for this client base and has developed an expertise in building Salesforce-based human capital management, applicant tracking, and case management solutions.

Within the public sector, HigherEchelon focuses on delivering capabilities built on Public Section Solutions (PSS), Salesforce’s government-focused license package. HigherEchelon has developed an expertise in OmniStudio and its associated capabilities, including Data Raptor, Integration Procedures, and Flexcard creation, and ensures all team members receive training on these tools.

Using PSS and other cloud capabilities like Service and Education Clouds, HigherEchelon has delivered a variety of innovative solutions to public sector clients. For example, we have built enterprise-level recruiting systems for Department of Defense and federal civilian clients, which have allowed these customers to track the full lifecycle of candidates from initial intake to onboarding. In addition, we have delivered student information systems and student management database tools for multiple military higher education customers using Education Cloud.

As part of our Salesforce project services, HigherEchelon provides full end-to-end implementation support, which includes all aspects of business analysis, hands-on development, training, and sustainment. HigherEchelon also offers managed services and Administrator-as-a-Service packages to public sector customers if they are seeking to outsource ongoing operations and maintenance (O&M) assistance.

Importantly, we design our Salesforce solutions so that they leverage out-of-the-box features and capabilities, only relying on custom code as a last resort (“clicks, not code”). This enables HigherEchelon to rapidly develop proofs of concept for clients and receive real-time feedback on configured application components. It also enables public sector employees to learn how to configure and maintain the platform without relying on external integrator support, a key value proposition in reducing long-term maintenance costs.
