  • Alloy 910 3D Printing Filament

    Super Hard Alloy 910 is a measurable advancement in 3D Printing materials technology from taulman3D. taulman Alloy 910 as stiff as PLA yet retains the durability of a hard Nylon. Alloy 910 is the combined effort of chemical companies, extrusion manufactures and taulman3D to specifically develop a single material to meet as many high performance 3D Printing needs as possible. With a combined tensile strength higher than the strongest co-polyesters, the durability of Nylons, a shrinkage factor that rivals our t-glase, a vast range of chemical resistance and a ~82C working range, you now have one solution easily printable at 250C-255C.

  • Alloy 910 HDT 3D Printing Filament

    For years, Alloy 910 has remained the dominant high strength, high durability material for desktop 3d printing. In that time there have been requests for a higher temperature capability while maintaining the high tensile and chemical resistance of Alloy 910. Alloy 910 HDT is a new materal which meets all of Alloy 910’s initial specifications, yet increases the Heat Deflection Temperature rating to 110C and an Annealed HDT of 180C. To meet this new HDT spec, Alloy 910 HDT prints at a higher temperature of 285C to 290C.

  • Nylon 645 3D Printing Filament

    Nylon 645 is currently being used by CNC shops around the world to support quick turn prototypes for Pre-Pilot and Pilot runs as well as some limited production runs. Nylon 645 has the highest chemical resistance of all of our Nylons and when annealed, is highly compatible where Nylon 6,6 is required.

  • t-glase PETT CoPolymer 3D Printing Filament

    t-glase (called TEE-GLASS) is an “optically correct” or water clear polymer that comes in Clear, Red, Green, Blue, White, Black and Aqua. t-glase polymer is highly recyclable, has extremely low shrinkage and with optical coatings can appear as clear as a glass part. Users can easily print light guides or light pipes with high strength, making t-glase one of the most trusted PET filaments in the world. t-glase prints at 235-245C.

  • PA Cast Plate (95MPA) 3D Printing Filament

    Taulman3D’s PA Cast Plate is a High strength poly-amide that uses manufacturing techniques similar to Nylon industrial plates. Casting Nylon in dies is a unique process that usually requires a difference in the manufacturing of the base polymer. While there are some cast Nylons that will be used as is, the majority are destined for subtractive/tooling/CNC machining. For this type of machining, a high and consistent tensile strength is required. Taulman3D has worked with our Chemical Company to develop this type of Nylon into a 3D Printing line thus bringing with it an exceptionally high tensile of 95MPA or over 13,500PSI.

  • PCTPE CoPolymer 3D Printing Filament

    PCTPE stands for "Plasticized Copolyamide TPE" or a chemical co-polymer of highly flexible nylon and TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) . PCTPE has several unique features that allow any user to print a highly flexible part with the added durability of our nylon polymers. This combination of polymers was developed specifically to allow anyone using current FFF 3D Printers to print parts from durable prosthetics to complete cosplay wearable outfits, cell phone enclosures as well as highly flexible utility/industrial parts. The flexibility of PCTPE means that the end parts will have the smooth lustrous texture of nylon, and the added flexibility offered by a rubber like TPE.

  • Nylon 230 3D Printing Filament

    Nylon 230 has a Lower Printing temperature (230C-238C) and is a standard Nylon 6 with out chemical additives.

  • Nylon 680 3D Printing Filament

    Nylon 680 is a high-end super strong medical grade nylon made with an FDA approved polymer. Designed for use in a wide range of industries, including medical, dental, food processing, and robotics. Nylon 680 is compatible with sterilization procedures, has FDA approval for indirect food contact and is designed to have superior strength and physical attributes when compared to consumer-grade materials currently on the market.

  • guidel!ne 3D Printing Filament

    · guidel!ne - A medical grade ISO 10993 FDA reg material. When 3D Printed, guidel!ne has a tensile strength higher than our strongest TECH-G, coming in at 6,850PSI. Elongation is 5.9 and a modulus of 281,469PSI. Heat distortion temp is 70C. Softening temperature is 100C

    guidel!ne is a clear PETG based polymer that prints at 250C. guidel!ne is very easy to print needing only a small amount of retraction. A key feature of guidel!ne is that one can easily print small hollow tubes without the issue of heat build-up deforming the tube.

  • SAC1060 Nylon Support 3D Printing Material

    · Taulman3D is pleased to release “SAC1060”, a new Mechanically removable (Breakaway) support material for Nylon 3D printing materials.

    SAC1060 is a mechanically removable (requires needle nose pliers) support material that works with all Nylons. This includes all of TAULMAN3D’s Nylons as well as Carbon Fiber Nylon and Glass filled Nylons. While SAC1060 Prints at 235C to 255C like higher temp Nylons, it does not “melt into or weld onto” Nylons. It was developed to stick to all Nylons as a support material during the printing process, yet retain a mild adhesion at ambient temperatures. This allows the user to print at 240C to 280C base Nylons with a support material that does not warp or melt based on print temperatures.
