- Consultation with our Project team and strategic planning of sensor placement in key city areas where you’d like to track activity.
- Access to the citiOS dashboard where you’ll be able to see all your data in one place, view real-time and historical data and use this to make informed operational city decisions.
- A dedicated Customer Success Representative who will guide you through getting the most out of your citiOS dashboard during your onboarding and regularly throughout the life of our partnership as new features are released.

- If you think we could be of help, and want to continue, we’ll make a free sizing plan so you can visualize the deployment.
- Once happy with sizing plan, agreement can be signed
- Our Strategic Relationships Manager will liaise with the utilities provider if needed
- Self install or use your preferred contractor to install sensors with Upciti guidance
