Transcript requests can be routed to appropriate court staff or transcription resources, and recordings can be delivered to the requesting party via the web (where appropriate).  No more manual transcription assignments and no more CDs needed to move content around. TRX Asgard - Cloud Content Management

This solution provides everything the court will need to establish a secure and robust solution for the effective long-term management of your digital audio recordings in the cloud.  TRX will allow you to ingest the digital court record using whichever recording vendor you have installed or may install in the future (including ForTheRecord, Liberty, CourtSmart, JAVS, VIQ, Zoom, Webex, Teams and others).  Recordings are transported to the cloud in a highly secure manner, converted to standard MP4 formats, indexed using TRX's advanced AI learning models and the original files are moved to long-term archives, solving the need for long term disaster recovery in a cost-effective manner.
Once processed, approved internal users can search for any case from any room on any date. Recordings are instantly available for playback from a standard web browser.  Playback includes multichannel audio and video, synchronized log notes, synchronized text generated by TRX VoiceCopy, the option to create linked personal notes against the recording and the ability to share the selected recording and notes with colleagues.
