Simple Proof makes digital records tamper-evident and independently verifiable. A cryptographic fingerprint of each file is anchored to the Bitcoin blockchain through the open source OpenTimestamps protocol.   • Simple Proof Console: A browser based administrative console for uploading and timestamping files on demand. Staff can seal individual records, retrieve certification receipts, and generate shareable verification links without writing code or changing where documents are stored.
  • Immutable Proof Service API and SDK: REST API and SDKs that let agency development teams and system integrators embed proof generation directly into case management, records management, permitting, evidence, and e-signature workflows. Records are sealed automatically at the moment they are created.
  • Amazon S3 Integration: Automated timestamping of objects as they land in an Amazon S3 bucket. Agencies replicate an existing bucket into the service and every new file receives a blockchain anchored proof with no change to upstream applications.   • Rolling Timestamps for Video: Continuous certification of live video as it is recorded. A local processing node connects to existing DVR, NVR, or VMS systems over RTSP or ONVIF, segments the stream, and anchors each segment to the blockchain. Cameras are not replaced, footage never leaves the agency network, and each segment is cryptographically linked to the previous one so deletion, reordering, or substitution is immediately detectable.
  • Email Timestamping: A low friction option for offices without developer resources. Staff forward a message and its attachments to the Simple Proof service and receive certification back, making the capability available to any department with an inbox.
