Maintenance staff log work orders and inspections against specific assets, building a maintenance history that informs replacement timing and lifecycle cost forecasting for roads, water and sewer infrastructure, parks equipment, fleet vehicles, and facilities.
Citywide Permitting manages permit applications, reviews, and approvals for building, right-of-way, and other municipal permit types. Paired with the Customer Portal, residents and contractors can submit applications, upload documents, pay fees, and check status online, reducing in-person counter transactions and phone-based status inquiries.
