Klique Solutions for the Public Sector

For agencies scaling AI under strict security and budget rules, Klique pools compute, routes every model request, and governs every person and agent.

One Compute Pool for Every Mission

Klique puts GPUs and CPUs into one managed pool across on-premises, cloud, hybrid, and air-gapped environments. It runs on Kubernetes, HPC, bare metal, and VMs, and teams get self-serve access to that capacity.

Fractional GPUs let several smaller jobs share one card, and multi-tenant isolation keeps a research group’s training run separate from a mission team’s inference workload on the same hardware. When local capacity fills up, work can overflow to other clusters or cloud accounts the agency has approved, and sensitive workloads stay in the environments policy allows.

Real-time utilization and allocation dashboards show IT which teams hold which capacity and where GPUs sit idle. IT schedules work onto that idle capacity, so agencies run more on the GPUs they’ve purchased instead of paying per token.

Route Every Request to the Right Model

Klique’s LLM gateway gives agencies one entry point for the open-source models they host as well as commercial APIs such as Bedrock, Vertex, OpenAI, and Anthropic. The gateway reads each request and routes it based on cost, task complexity, and data sensitivity. A routine summary goes to a low-cost model, and a request with sensitive data stays on an approved, self-hosted one.

IT sets spend limits for each model, and Klique meters every token against the project that used it. Budget offices get chargeback by project, and budgets hold when contractors roll off because costs are tied to the project rather than a person. To swap models, IT updates a policy and applications keep running.

Builders reach the gateway through workbenches and apps, and they can launch agents in one click. Those agents run only on models the agency has approved, with no personal API keys involved.

Govern Every Person and Agent

Klique enforces budget, quota, and access policy in real time on every request, whether it comes from a person or an agent. If a project nears its token budget, Klique shifts the work to a lower-cost model, and if a user requests a model their role doesn’t allow, Klique denies the request.

AI identity federation connects Klique to the agency’s existing identity provider. People sign in through the same SSO they use today, agents get identities from the same directory, and both fall under the role-based access controls IT already manages.

Enforce Data Sovereignty and Access Security

For public sector agencies managing classified missions or sensitive citizen information, absolute control over data boundaries is non-negotiable. Klique enables strict AI sovereignty by keeping workloads firmly on-premises, completely air-gapped, or strictly within a designated jurisdiction so that data stays exactly where residency rules require it. Klique prevents unauthorized data exposure by applying rigorous role-based access controls (RBAC) to both human users and AI agents, automatically denying requests to models or datasets that exceed a user's clearance level. Every single action taken by a person or agent is logged. This centralized visibility allows compliance teams to pull comprehensive audit evidence directly from that record in real-time, completely eliminating the need to manually reconstruct events later.
