Kemicard is a Salesforce-native application that turns records inside your Salesforce org (Contacts, Accounts, or any custom object) into live Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes. Built for public sector agencies, nonprofits, membership organizations, and any team that issues cards, credentials, or badges, Kemicard replaces printed IDs and PDFs with wallet passes that update automatically when CRM data changes. No .pkpass infrastructure, signing certificates, or developer resources required.
What is Kemicard?
Kemicard is a managed AppExchange package that issues Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes directly from Salesforce. Each pass is personalized, secure, and bound to a Salesforce record, so when the underlying data changes (status, expiry, access level, tier), the pass on the constituent's phone updates in real time.
Because Kemicard runs entirely within the Salesforce platform, it inherits Salesforce's SOC 2 Type II security posture and existing access controls. There are no external systems to reconcile, no third-party wallet vendor to manage, and no engineering work required to maintain wallet infrastructure. Admins configure templates, map fields, and issue passes from any object. The full lifecycle (issuance, updates, revocation, scan-back logging) is handled inside the org.
Key Features
100% Salesforce-Native
Installed as a managed package from the Salesforce AppExchange. No middleware, no external database, no separate console. All data, configuration, and audit trails live inside your Salesforce org.
No-Code Pass Designer
Design production-grade Apple and Google Wallet passes with a point-and-click builder. Add logos, brand colors, custom fields, barcodes, expiry dates, and back-of-pass details, all mapped directly to Salesforce fields with no code.
Real-Time Push Updates
When a Salesforce record changes (a renewal date, an access permission, a status field), the corresponding wallet pass updates automatically on the recipient's device. No reissuance, no re-download.
Full Lifecycle Management
Issue, update, suspend, and revoke passes from within Salesforce using standard buttons, Flow, or Apex. Bulk issuance via list views, reports, and campaign membership is supported out of the box.
Scan-Back-to-Salesforce Logging
A built-in scanning solution logs check-ins, event attendance, and access events directly to the associated Salesforce record, giving agencies clean attendance and engagement data without a separate system.
Enterprise Security & Compliance
Because Kemicard operates entirely inside the Salesforce environment, it inherits Salesforce's SOC 2 Type II certification, FedRAMP-eligible infrastructure (via Government Cloud), role-based permissions, field-level security, and existing data residency controls.
Use Cases
KemiCard supports any organization that issues cards, credentials, or badges from Salesforce.
