Integration

Microsoft 365 (O365) Report Button Configuration

Jericho integrates with native email reporting tools to streamline phishing validation, and leverages Microsoft’s built-in “Report Phishing” button to route reported emails to our AI analysis system.

Setup Summary:

  1. Enable external forwarding within Anti-Spam Outbound Policies.
  2. Create a shared mailbox with forwarding enabled to: report@{uuid}.jerichophishing.com
    (Contact Jericho Support for your organization-specific address.)
  3. Configure Microsoft “User Reported Settings” to connect reporting to the shared mailbox.

Once configured, user-reported emails are automatically analyzed by Jericho to determine whether the message is a simulation or a real threat. Confirmation and severity feedback are provided accordingly.
