PEPPM (pronounced “PEP-um”) is a national cooperative purchasing program specializing in technology-related products. It is administered by the Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit (CSIU) in Pennsylvania and the Kern County Superintendent of Schools (KCSOS) in California. PEPPM provides public-sector customers with competitively bid, pre-negotiated pricing on a wide range of technology products and services.
PEPPM enables Federal, State, Local, K-12, Higher Education, and Library customers nationwide to purchase technology efficiently. Participation is free for end users and gives them access to lower costs of acquisition for their technology products. Participants also enjoy the promise from awarded vendors to offer their best national cooperative price.
PEPPM was established in 1982 as the Pennsylvania Education Purchasing Program for Microcomputers. Overtime, PEPPM has grown into a nationwide technology cooperative supporting not only microcomputers but also software, hardware, cloud solutions, peripherals, and services.
