Logo Spacing and Colors

Spacing:
Gray area indicates the ‘breathing room’ around the logo.
Give the Carahsoft logo some breathing room.
The proportions should generally be half the logo’s height.
REFLEX BLUE
The Carahsoft blue logo should be used in all 4-color Carahsoft documents and promotional items unless otherwise approved by management or in the instances listed in this document.
BLACK
The black Carahsoft logo should be used in all black and white documents and/or on a white or light colored background when appropriate.
Logo Don’ts
Do not use the logo in any of these scenarios.
DO NOT alter the proportion of the logo.
DO NOT skew or rotate the logo.
DO NOT reproduce the logo in an unapproved color.
DO NOT place the logo on backgrounds that do not provide sufficient contrast, compromising legibility.
DO NOT set the type for the name yourself. Always use the approved digital artwork provided without alteration.
DO NOT use the logo as a part of text.
DO NOT add visual effects to the logo, like a drop shadow.
DO NOT position the logo over busy backgrounds.
Partner Co-Branding
Co-branding can be used on marketing materials that are developed with Carahsoft vendors. All logo standards and guidelines apply.
✓ Make sure logos are visually balanced, and that both brands are equally prominent.
✓ Follow clear space guidelines.
✓ Maintain equal distance between all logos.
✓ Create a stroke divider between logos using black or reversed to white on dark backgrounds.
✓ A vertical stroke should be at least the height of the tallest logo in the co-branding.
✓ A horizontal line should be at least the length of the Carahsoft logo.
✓ Dividers should be placed after the logo clear space.

For vertical applications, co-branding can be configured vertically.
