Pricing: Shipping to and from the Convention Center through Carahsoft is $250 for up to four packages. Additional packages will incur a $50 fee per package.
Deadline: If you are shipping through Carahsoft, the deadline to have your items arrive at our office is Wednesday, May 8, 2024. If your items arrive after the deadline, we cannot guarantee your demo materials will arrive to the show floor on time.
Shippment Return: Items will be returned to the Carahsoft office within the two weeks after the show.

*Due to shipment and union regulations of our labor team, we will only be able to ship items between the Carahsoft office and the Charlotte Convention Center. If you require a rushed shipment to a show following IACP Tech 2024, please plan your individual shipments accordingly and alert your show site reps.
