Any registrations after Friday, May 10, 2024 can be either done onsite or online.

Exhibitor Badges
Each demo comes with one exhibitor badge. Additional exhibitor badges are available for $100 each now through Friday, May 10, 2024.

Please Note: This pass will give you access to the exhibit hall (from move-in to move-out), refreshment breaks held in the exhibit area, and entrance to the show’s networking reception in the exhibit hall on Tuesday evening. You will not have access to any in-person conference sessions.

Full Conference Passes
Full-conference passes are also available for purchase according to the chart below. Should you choose to register your badge through Carahsoft, you will receive the member pricing and benefits regardless of your individual status:

Please note: This pass will give you full access to all general sessions, workshops, networking events, and the main exhibit hall. Only IACP members can take advantage of the special member registration rate. All IACP memberships are individual and non-transferable.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be emailed to IACP@carahsoft.com if registered through us or TechConference@theIACP.org if registered directly through the show. Per the show, a 25% penalty will be assessed on all cancellations received on or before Tuesday, April 30, 2024. A 50% penalty will be assessed on all cancellations received between May 1 – May 16, 2024. No refunds will be issued on or after Friday, May 17, 2024. It will take a minimum of six weeks to receive a refund. Registration may be transferred to another person by written request to IACP, but additional charges may apply.
