Carahsoft is pleased to provide sponsorship opportunities for our partners both on the show floor and at our reception. We will be hosting a networking reception for all HIMSS 2023 attendees. Please join us following the closing of the exhibit hall on Wednesday, April 19th for food, drinks, and live music at the Marriot Marquis Chicago Grand Ballroom. As a sponsor, these are perfect opportunities to place your brand in front of attendees and begin conversations with promising leads.

Sponsorships are available on a first come, first served basis. We look forward to your participation!

These sponsorships are available specifically at the Carahsoft networking reception. Sponsors will only be included in promotions discussing the reception. Each sponsorship has its own unique attributes, please read the descriptions carefully.

DESSERT SPONSORSHIP (1 Available): $6,000
