  • Infrastructure Cleanup and Alignment- Complete assessment, redesign and implementation/onboarding of modernized corporate Muti-Cloud, DR Efficient environment architecture. Infrastructure and Network component/solutions cost optimization, redundancy elimination, modernization and security hardening.
  • Infrastructure Operations Optimization - a project bound to introduce a multi-layer, multi-component environment management solution that is bound to unify and automate operations of the entire corporate space from both resource organizational and security perspectives (solutions include but not limited to Update Management, Health & Performance Monitoring , SIEM Solutions, Deployments Automation, EDR, etc.).
  • Application Portfolio Redesign – Complete assessment, redesign and implementation/onboarding of modernized corporate Software Portfolio Management model aimed to minimize Operational and Licensing costs.
  • Organizational Role Management Model - a project targeted for corporate Organizational Model alignment to asset, artifact and data availability automation management.
  • Privileged/Entitlement Access Management Model - a project targeted for hardening privileged IAM controls, designed to provide an isolation, safe access framework to targeted environments without need of implementing commonly used and practiced high-cost solutions.
  • Data Access Management Model - a project targeted to assess and realign structuring of the corporate data and by such greatly harden its access/security and improve availability, recovery and cost.
  • Endpoint Device Management Automation – a project to introduce an endpoint device platform onboarding/management through utilization of Intune/Autopilot Deployment systems design to build devices, enforce policies, deliver corporate software, and perform asset tracking and by such cater to all modern device existence scopes and customer requirements (Corporate Desktops/Laptops, Thin Client Solutions, KIOSK, BYOD, etc..) OnPrem and Off Prem.
  • Infrastructure Device Management Automation – a project to introduce a unified solution with use of Azure Arc (for Support of all non-Azure device scenarios) to automate server class (Windows, Linux) device platform onboarding/management through utilization of solutions such as Terraform Templates, Azure Policies, ADDS GPOs, Logical Apps, etc.
  • ZTCA Azure Virtual Desktop – A highly secured environment in the bible solution to completely isolate your corporate workplace environment from been penetration by bad actors and introduction of Data Loss Prevention concept based on native architecture without additional cost from use of extended feature, licensing or 3rd party solutions.
  • Sentinel & Azure Monitor Implementation – a project to implement both solutions (Sentinel for SOC and Azure Monitor for Health monitoring) to improve overall Operational and Security posture of targeted environment.
  • Modern DMZ Orchestration – an IAM project bound to create a completely isolated robust environment to trap, manage and “cater to” for all Public Space corporate customers. Environment based on Microsoft’s External Entra ID solution that will allow utilization of all customer facing technologies designed specifically for that purpose without exposure to most of the security risks that usually associated with such effort.
  • External Identities Implementation - External Entra ID and/or B2C customer facing environment integrating client custom products and services to support external identities and custom authentication and authorization workflows.
