BOD 18-01 Plan of Action Template

The Plan of Action (POA) Template can be used to provide DHS with the necessary information to meet the required action, Ref #1. 'Submit Agency Plan of Action for BOD 18-01 to DHS'. Please note the template is only provided as a recommended format. Agencies should refer to their own internal processes to align with the template as they see fit. Finally, this sheet should be removed prior to submitting the final version to DHS.
