Over the past decade, the global market for advanced mobile spyware has transformed from a covert intelligence capability into a sprawling, semi regulated ecosystem with grave implications for national security, civil liberties, and international diplomacy. Despite regulatory pushback and high profile media investigations, the spyware industry has proven agile, adaptive, and increasingly decentralized.
