Watertown Police Dept. Improves Officer Safety and Incident Reports With Dragon

When the Watertown, MA Police Department had to introduce social distancing safety measures due to the COVID-19 pandemic, its officers had to reduce their time spent writing reports in the station and find a way to create and submit accurate, detailed reports while out in the field. With Dragon Law Enforcement, officers can dictate, transcribe, and proofread reports while at the scene of an incident or in their vehicle.
