At the Department of Health, data from Managed Care Organizations (MCO) was largely kept in spreadsheets and scattered across multiple silos, with reporting and collaboration via SharePoint. The Department of Health required a unified, automated, best-in-class platform to reduce manual processes, leverage workflow and automation capabilities, and increase MCO self-service features to upload and track routine reports.
