Steven Cooperman is President and Founder of SCOOP Cybersecurity LLC (SCOOP Cyber), a Virginia-based cybersecurity value-added reseller built around a strategic alliance with Carahsoft Technology Corporation to bring early-to-mid-phase cybersecurity companies into the federal and SLED public sector markets through SCOOP's “Public Sector as a Service” model. Before founding SCOOP Cyber, Steven held public sector sales and channel leadership roles at Flashpoint (Global VP, Public Sector Sales), IronNet Cybersecurity (VP, Public Sector Sales, Channels & Alliances), ServiceNow, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Northrop Grumman, and Oracle. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from SUNY Oneonta and a Master’s from Binghamton University.

Greg Sisson is a co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of CI-Discern, a veteran-owned professional services and solutions firm focused on improving critical infrastructure security and resilience. He culminated his public service in 2022 as the U.S. Department of Energy's Chief Information Security Officer, responsible for Department-wide cybersecurity operations, risk management, and compliance. Prior to DOE, Greg served as Chief of Staff and Deputy Director of Operations at Joint Force Headquarters-DoD Information Network (JFHQ-DODIN), a component of U.S. Cyber Command, and as a Managing Director in EY's Energy Cybersecurity Consulting practice.
