Jimmy’s focus is technology and product leadership with over 30 years of experience building new products, applications, and businesses. His experience center is defining and executing technology strategies to deliver successful products and solutions to the market and enabling business growth. This experience includes private and public companies with products and solutions currently in production across many industries including energy, supply chain, telecommunications, network management, AI based hybrid/multi-cloud product management platforms and specialized enterprise IT applications. As with most professionals, the experience path is not always a straight line. Jimmy’s journey began with several electronic warfare products and missiles while serving with the US Army and later designing and building guidance sections for cruise missile systems and later yet with many, many commercial products.
Mohith Narayanan is a seasoned technology executive whose career has been defined by innovation, program management and public sector experience. Currently, Mr. Narayanan is one of the co-founders of Coretec, working on business development, and overseeing company’s solution development strategy. He also maintains corporate technology partnerships and plays an integral role in the firm’s business development efforts, guiding a team that delivers creative technology solutions tailored to customer missions. Prior to that, he spent several years at B&A and General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) as a senior director, where he managed major initiatives involving cloud migrations, agile transformations, cybersecurity and analytics.
Narayanan’s leadership extends beyond his corporate role. He is a fellow of the American Council for Technology – Industry Advisory Council and is active in numerous industry communities. His educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park, a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Bowie State University and a master’s degree in management of secure information systems from George Mason University. Throughout his career, Narayanan has been recognized for applying technical innovation and program management to deliver exceptional results across both public and private sector projects. He supports Coretec’s philanthropic activities and contributes to community initiatives.

Fernando Labastida is a cross-cultural, cross-generational, AI-powered content marketer. He combines 27 years of content marketing experience (he was doing content marketing before content marketing was cool), with in-the-trenches sales experience, to deliver a unique approach to the media-as-marketing landscape. During the dotcom boom years, Fernando was making 50-70 cold calls a day to startup founders to sell them on leadgen services, while at the same time launching the first digital newsletter focused on helping U.S. technology founders penetrate the Latin American markets. In 2018 Fernando spoke on the same stage as Joe Pulizzi at the Niche Media Conference in Chicago, and he's spoken at South by Southwest Interactive, The Content Summit in Mexico City, and the Mobile Marketing Summit in Mexico City. He is scheduled ot speak at CEX this August in Cleveland. Fernando runs the Viral Genius podcast, and is growing a new agency focused on helping Gen X and Boomer founders with an AI-powered founder-led marketing strategy called The Viral Genius Framework.
