Josh Tacey is the Principal Architect for Healthcare with Omnissa. With over 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure, and end-user computing from mobile device management, distributed endpoint management and large-scale mission critical virtualization deployments.

Josh’s role within Omnissa is working with customers to develop, and deliver on their end-user strategy and vision, helping customers create and execute their roadmaps to achieve business outcomes across their end-user computing portfolio. Additionally, helping customers implement true IT operational transformation through day-2 optimization and establishing OKRs.

As lead End User Architect for a large Academic medical center (AMC), Josh led a team that was tasked with the management of 65,000 endpoints, 25,000 mobile devices, and 12,000 concurrent users of virtualization technology in support of over 20,000 clinicians. Spanning all the missions of the AMC ensuring delivery of end-user computing services across clinical, research and education.
