How to build data resiliency that works with (and for) real people

This document provides a framework for approaching data resiliency while accommodating the needs of a human workforce. It is no longer necessary to rely on humans alone to solve the problem of backup. it is easy to put systems in place which allow them to do their work while seamlessly protecting the data they create.
