Snowflake and Carahsoft hosted Accelerating California's Data-Driven Future, a one-day innovation event featuring IBM and Hakkoda, an IBM Company, on October 20, 2025, at the Kimpton Sawyer Hotel in Sacramento.

During this event it brought together California state agency leaders to share best practices on data modernization, analytics, AI, and digital service transformation.

The featured speakers will offer real-world insights into their agency's journey—whether sharing how they've already adopted Snowflake, or how they're currently planning and thinking about their data modernization.

Following the main event, Snowflake hosted a hands-on session for State employees, designed to enable teams to work directly in a Snowflake environment, integrate data, build secure data pipelines, and generate actionable insights tailored to real-world state challenges.
