CyberArk surveyed 238 cybersecurity professionals across 18 countries and found that new identities, new environments and new attack methods continue to drive businesses deeper into cyber debt. Among 2024's biggest challenges: supercharged threats from GenAI, a lackluster focus on machine identities, and an expanding network of third and fourth-party providers spotlighting the critical need to secure every identity, both human and machine.
