We are only at the beginning of the story in terms of how the global pandemic is fundamentally changing the world of work as we know it. There will be more change to navigate ahead. But among uncertainty, two separate Qualtrics studies—one from before the pandemic in December 2019 aand this study fielded in May of 2020—reveal a way forward.
