Public trust in the U.S. government has been declining since the 1950s, with only 22% of Americans expressing trust in the government as of April 2024, according to a Pew Research poll. To rebuild this trust, improving customer experiences with the government is crucial. To address this issue, government and industry leaders gathered at Carahsoft’s Government Customer Experience and Engagement Summit, sponsored by Docusign, to discuss strategies for enhancing customer experience and rebuilding trust.
