On March 15th President Biden signed the $1.5 trillion Fiscal Year 2022 Omnibus bill, providing all federal agencies with their full budgets: $730 billion in nondefense discretionary spending, a 6.7% increase from fiscal 2021, and $782 billion in defense spending, a 5.6% increase. Please note, the apportionment process will take about one to three weeks for full year Fiscal 2022 funds to start flowing to federal agencies.
