State of Oklahoma Cloud Solutions Contract - NASPO
The State of Oklahoma has entered into a contract with Carahsoft for Cloud Solutions. This contract vehicle is a participating addendum that acts as an extension of Carahsoft’s NASPO ValuePoint contract. All public agencies within the State of Oklahoma are able to utilize this contract vehicle to procure cloud solutions via a state contract.
Oklahoma OMES Contract # SW1041
The state of Oklahoma has entered into an agreement with the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) which authorizes them to access the terms and conditions of multiple DIR contracts. Oklahoma has used this authority to create contract number SW1041. Terms of DIR Contract No. DIR-TSO-4288, as amended by the Vendor and DIR and including Appendices, are incorporated herein. Such terms not modified herein and terms of this Contract shall apply only to procurement transactions of Oklahoma customers under the IPPA.
