Department of Health and Human Services - ServiceNow BPA
In the spirit of the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act, the General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Information Technology Category (ITC) entered into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Carahsoft Technology Corporation in support of the Department Health and Human Services (HHS) to further reduce the administrative costs of acquiring commercial items from the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Program. The objective of the BPA is to provide a more streamlined method for HHS to procure ServiceNow software licenses, software maintenance, and technical support throughout the life of the BPA.
The BPA period of performance shall be for a one-year base period with four (4) one-year option periods to make up a total of five years. Therefore, while the current enacted period of performance runs until June 13, 2026 for our current exercised option year, we expect this contract to run through June 13, 2027.

How to place an order:
- Please send a standardized Request for Call Order (RFCO) to ServiceNowHHSBPA@carahsoft.com. On the RFCO, include the following information: Products to be ordered (License type, GSA part #, quantity), requested subscription dates (one year minimum for new programs). A formal quote will then be returned to the requester with the BPA pricing for the request.
- The ServiceNow BPA is open only to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) employees, contractors and designated End Users.
