  • Disclaimer: Carahsoft cannot guarantee a specific number of leads at a third-party tradeshow. Carahsoft will promote all of the demoing partners through email, social media, and call campaigns. Demo stations have been most successful for partners that actively network with attendees on the exhibit floor

• Laptop, iPad, or any additional AV you need (e.g., Mac adapters)
• Literature/collateral and giveaways
  • No more than 50 small giveaways
  • Up to 25-30 large giveaways
  • 50 pieces of collateral or less     
• Business cards
• Rotating slideshow for your space while away from demo space

• Literature/Collateral (We recommend around 50 pieces total)

  • 50 small giveaways (e.g. Laptop camera covers, pens, stickers, lip balm)
  • 25-30 large giveaways (e.g. Socks, golf balls, fidget toys)
• Business cards
• Rotating slideshow for your monitor while away from demo space, uploaded to your laptop
• Carahsoft's demo kit is the one-stop shop for ordering additional resources and sending Carahsoft your deliverables before the sho
• Carahsoft is unfamiliar with the content of your demo. If you require wireless internet for anything more than checking email, please consider purchasing wireless internet upon receipt of Carahsoft's demo kit

What you should not bring:

• Due to space constraints at your kiosk:
  • Storing a box of large giveaways (the size of a coffee mug or larger) is not possible. Please opt for a smaller giveaway instead
  • Pop-up banners and tablecloths will not fit. On the day of your demo, your kiosk will be branded with your logo
