Shipping Through Carahsoft
Pricing: Shipping to and from the Convention Center through Carahsoft is $250 for up to four packages. Each additional packages will incur a $50 fee per package.
Deadlines: If you are shipping through Carahsoft, the deadline to have your items arrive at our office is Coming Soon. If your items arrive after the deadline, we cannot guarantee your demo materials will arrive on the show floor on time.
Shipment Return: Items will be returned to the Carahsoft office within 2 weeks after the show.

*Due to shipment and union regulations of our labor team, we will only be able to ship items between the Carahsoft office and the San Diego Convention Center. If you require a rushed shipment to a show following WEST 2024, please plan your individual shipments accordingly and alert your show site reps.
