Pricing: Carahsoft is pleased to offer support with shipping to and from the San Diego Convention Center for a flat fee of $250 for up to 4 packages.
Each additional package will incur a $50 fee per package.
If you are shipping through Carahsoft, the deadline to have your items arrive at our office is Tuesday, January 31st. If your items arrive after the deadline, we cannot guarantee your demo materials will arrive to the show floor on time. Items will be returned to the Carahsoft office within 2 weeks after the show.

*Due to shipment and union regulations of our labor team, we will only be able to ship items between the Carahsoft office and the convention center. If you require a rushed shipment to a show following WEST 2023, please plan your individual shipments accordingly and alert your onsite reps.
