Shipping Through Carahsoft

Pricing: Shipping to and from the Convention Center through Carahsoft is $250 for up to four packages.

Additional packages will incur a $50 fee per package.

Deadlines:

If you are shipping through Carahsoft, the deadline to have your items arrive at our office is Friday, April 21^st. If your items arrive after the deadline, we cannot guarantee your demo materials will arrive to the show floor on time. Items will be returned to the Carahsoft office within 2 weeks after the show.

Shipment Return: Items will be returned to the Carahsoft office within two weeks after the show.

*Due to shipment and union regulations of our labor team, we will only be able to ship items between the Carahsoft office and the convention center. If you require a rushed shipment to a show following TechNet Cyber 2023, please plan your individual shipments accordingly and alert your onsite reps.
