Each demo comes with one exhibitor badge. Exhibitor badges will allow you access to the exhibit hall floor during all exhibit hall hours, but please note your time within the Carahsoft booth is limited to your allotted time slot.

Additional exhibitor badges are available for $275 each (member price).

Full conference badges are available for $725 each (membership price). Full conference badges allow you access to keynotes, panels, breakout sessions and exhibit hall; luncheon meals included (while supplies last) with PAID categories only. If you would like to receive attendance documentation for attending CE-eligible sessions use an email address associated with your individual AFCEA membership.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made up until April 27th, 2023, will incur a 25% cancellation charge. Unfortunately, no refunds can be made for cancellations received after April 27th, 2023, and the full registration fee will be payable. Substitutes are welcome.
