Each demo opportunity will receive 1 complimentary exhibitor badge. Additional badges are available upon request. Exhibitor badges will allow you access to the exhibit hall floor during all exhibit hall hours and access to all educational panel sessions.

The deadline to register for badges is Friday, March 29, 2024.

While demo exhibitor badges will allow you access to the exhibit hall during exhibit hours, please note your time at your demo kiosk within the Carahsoft booth is limited to your allotted time slot.

Additional exhibitor badges are available for $80 each.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up until Monday, March 4, 2024 will incur a 25% cancellation charge. Unfortunately, no refunds can be made for cancellations received after Monday, March 4, 2024 and the full registration and events fees will be payable. Cancellations must be made in writing to registration@navyleague.org. Substitutions may be made at any time.
