Shipping Through Carahsoft
Pricing: Shipping to and from the convention center through Carahsoft is $250 each way for up to four packages. Each additional package will incur a $50 fee per package.
Deadlines: If you are shipping through Carahsoft, the deadline to have your items arrive at our office is Thursday, April 4, 2024. If your items arrive after the deadline, we cannot guarantee your booth materials will arrive on the show floor on time.
Return: Items will be returned to the Carahsoft office within the two weeks following the show.

*Due to shipment and union regulations of our labor team, we will only be able to ship items between the Carahsoft office and the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center. If you require a rushed shipment to another show following Sea-Air-Space 2024, please plan your individual shipments accordingly and alert your show site reps.
