Pricing: Shipping to and from the Convention Center through Carahsoft is $250 for up to four packages. Each additional package will incur a $50 fee per package.
Deadline: If you are shipping through Carahsoft, the deadline to have your items arrive at our office is Thursday, April 25, 2024. If your items arrive after the deadline, we cannot guarantee your demo materials will arrive to the show floor on time.
Return: Items will be returned to the Carahsoft office within the two weeks following the show.

*Due to shipment and union regulations of our labor team, we will only be able to ship items between the Carahsoft office and the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.
