Pricing: Carahsoft is pleased to offer support with shipping to and from the convention center for a flat fee of $250 for up to 4 packages. Each additional package will incur a $50 fee per package.
Deadline: If you are shipping through Carahsoft, the deadline to have your items arrive at our office is Thursday, April 25, 2024. If your items arrive after the deadline, we cannot guarantee your demo materials will arrive to the show floor on time.
Shipment Return: Items will be returned to the Carahsoft office within 2 weeks after the show.
