Exhibitor Badge
Each demo opportunity will receive 1 complimentary exhibitor badge. Additional badges are available upon request. Exhibitor badges will allow you to access the exhibit hall floor during all exhibit hours, including during set up and dismantle and during the show. It will also allow you access to all educational panel sessions.
The deadline to register for badges is Deadline: Friday, April 12, 2024
While demo exhibitor badges will allow you access to the exhibit hall during exhibit hours, please note you will only have access to your kiosk within the Carahsoft booth on your allotted date.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to usgif@conferencedirect.com. Cancellations received on or before Friday, March 29, 2024, will receive a full refund, minus the $100 processing fee. No refunds will be given after Friday, March 29, 2024, and registrations received after this date are not eligible for refunds. Canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your housing reservation.
