Each demo comes with one exhibitor badge. Additional exhibitor badges are available for $349 each.
Please Note: You will have access to the exhibit hall on all days but your time within the Carahsoft booth is limited to your assigned demo day(s). Exhibitor registrations do not have access to any in-person conference sessions nor the online conference.
The Full conference badge allows you access to the main stage sessions and the exhibit hall, as well as all sessions and networking receptions held within the exhibit hall.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be e-mailed to GEOINT@carahsoft.com if registered through us or usgif@confrencedirect.com if registered directly through the show. Cancellations received on or before April 14, 2023, will receive a full refund, minus the $150 processing fee. No refunds will be given after April 14, 2023 and registrations received after this date are not eligible for refunds. Canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your housing reservation. To cancel your hotel reservation, please contact geointhousing@spargoinc.com.
