Pricing: Shipping to and from the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center through Carahsoft is a flat rate of $50 per box each way for up to 5 boxes. If you are shipping 6-10 boxes, we will charge a flat rate of $250 each way. Boxes heavier than 75 pounds will be subject to additional fees
Deadline: If you are shipping through Carahsoft, the deadline to have your items arrive at our office is Friday, October 11, 2024. If your items arrive after the deadline, we cannot guarantee your demo materials will arrive to the show floor on time.
Return: Items will be returned to the Carahsoft office within the two weeks following the show.
