Each demo opportunity will receive 1 complimentary exhibitor badge. Additional badges are available upon request. Exhibitor badges will allow you access to the exhibit hall floor during all exhibit hall hours, during set-up and dismantle during the show and access to all educational panel sessions.

While demo exhibitor badges will allow you access to the exhibit hall during exhibit hours, please note your time within the Carahsoft booth is limited to your allotted time slot.

Additional exhibitor badges are available for the following (at membership rate).
Early Bird (Before Aug. 5): $199
From Aug. 6 through Sept. 23: $249
From Sept. 24 through Oct. 7: $299

Cancellation Policy

Individual cancellations received on or before Tuesday, September 24 are entitled to a full refund. No refund will be provided for cancellations after Tuesday, September 24. To request a cancellation, please send an email to EDUCAUSE@maritz.com or EDUCAUSE@carahsoft.com.
