Exhibitor Badge

Each demo comes with one exhibitor badge. Additional exhibitor badges are available for:

Until July 24                                    $159 each
July 25 - September 12                      $179 each
September 15 - October 12     $199 each (regular price)

Demo exhibitor badges will allow you access to the exhibit hall during exhibit hours, but please note your time within the Carahsoft booth is limited to your allotted time slot.

Exhibitor registration does not include access to conference sessions or activities outside of the exhibit hall.

Cancellation Policy

Payment for the full amount of the registration fee must be made by the first day of the conference. Individual cancellations received on or before September 14, 2023 are entitled to a full refund. No refund will be provided for cancellations after September 14, 2023. To request a cancellation, please send an email to educause@maritz.com
